The volume when taking a phone call is extremely low. So low, I can't hear the person on the other end and the only way to have a conversation is to hook up a headset or use the speaker phone. Wish I would have been informed of this before purchasing!

Easy to transfer Tracfone time and data over through website. It may seem like the time is not transferring because there are no confirmations, but this is a Tracfone website issue. My time took a few hours to transfer over, so make sure you have another phone to use while the transfer takes place. The Apple iPhone 5c that I purchased is in great condition and is a solid workhorse. I use the heck out of it with my online businesses, so it has been tried and tested.
