I bought this phone because the touch screen phones are too sensitive for me to use while texting or dialing. I needed the positive touch keys to help me. This phone is exactly what I need. The features are great for a "pay as you go" system like I'm on. It is easy to use and very dependable about not dropping calls. I'd purchase another one if I could find one at the same price I got on ebay
This phone was easy to get unlocked and it was priced very decently. The phone is very good in every way except that the keys are small. This phone is not touch screen or anything but it'll do for low monthly rates with more features than regular basic phones and at a low price and convenience for customers/consumers.
The phone is exactly what I was looking for: basic texting, calling, not much more. The shortcomings of the phone are probably all related to how it's supported by AT&T (or not). The mobile web function crashes the phone, there's no support for group texts, the app store crashes the phone. I got the phone because I got tired of what a smart phone was doing to my life and it is great for that.

easy to use, easy to navigate around the browser. processorr is faster and the screen is really responsive. love my new unlocked cell phones. great for my business, the wifi and email help me send emails and keep in contact with clients. the games are fun, facebook and apps are great. the camera is great for our long trips too.
I have had this phone new and I loved it. However, the ad for this used phone said it was "fully functional," but there is actually a number of flaws, most notably the malfunctioning texting. I cannot text outbound unless I am responding to a text I have received, and I cannot make attachments such as pictures.
