Great phone. Fast shipping. PERFECT! The phone is easy to use and the querty keyboard promotes easy texting. The only thing is the battery life does not last last as long as I would prefer, but considering all the other positive qualities about the phone I can overlook this negative aspect.. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a device that is easy to use with quality performance.
Like the older model phones. This one works just great for someone who does not do all the latest high tech on line stuff. Still up to date enough, but easy to use.

I am a T-Mobile customer so I had no problems with this phone. Just put in my sim card and it worked. A lot better than paying 3x the amount for a similar phone. The battery life could be a little better but over all I am happy with it.
i bought it for my daughter and so far she likes everything. one thing about it the phone is that it has a short battery life and within a few hours it shortly runs low and eventually your phone is dead.
if you are looking for a phone with a decent amount of memory this is NOT your phone!!! the features are great very convenient easy to use, stylish and i love the keyboard but i can't even download more than 5 aps from the google play store so with the enormous lax in memory this phone amounts to just about useless.
