had some problems with switching service from previous owner, spent hours on the phone with straight talk, i owned the same model previously but lost it after i had it new for only like two months, i liked the phone so much i was willing to buy another used one. The phone came in very good condition but the slider seems to stick. Overall this phone is a good buy, hands free speaker email web facebook video camera this phone has it all.....
I bought this phone for $200 plus tax and I immediately had problems with it. It would turn off right in the middle of calls, the screen would randomly go black, and sometimes the web browser wouldn't work. Within 30 days I wanted to return it to the store, so I called the Straight Talk customer service number but they said not to return it. They said they would give me some trouble shooting steps and if that didn't work I could return it to them and they would replace it for me. The steps they gave me helped for a little while, but then it started messing up again. Of course, now it was too late to return it to the store. I called Straight Talk again and they basically told me it was too bad. So I wasted $200 on a phone that only lasted a few months. This was the worst phone and phone service I've ever had.Read full review
I had this type of phone from new and was pleased, but lost it. I purchased the Nokia 6790 as "NEW" but received it and to my dismay it had been used meaning It required a new SIM card and was unable to register it due to the previous person who sold it registering it previously. Not happy!
I love this phone. But, there were a few things I didn't know before my purchase. If you buy any straight talk phone, you have to get a new sim card. Also, if you want to factory restore the phone, you need to have the seller's lock code. And, finally, to transfer your phone number, you need to have the seller's zip code or know their father's middle name.
I recently had this phone, which was stolen, I found it very easy to use and connection was perfect for where I live. Since the phone is not being so locally anymore, I turned to ebay as a suggestion from a friend. Thank you ebay.
