The phone is great. It replaces the exact same make and model that was stolen recently in a house break-in (yeah, I don't get it either). They also got the charger. I wish the posting had specified there was no charger of any description included.

It is light, compact to use, and easy to stay in my pocket. Virgin Mobile website explains about the policy and the method of using in a quite courteous manner. If you don't use cell phone or use this phone for the 2nd phone, this would be ideal. I have been using only with calling features.
Believe it or not, this is an upgrade for my husband. He has had another flip phone for Virgin Mobile for at least 4-5 years. It didn't take pictures and he just started texting. He didn't care for the Qwery key board, but mastered texting on a flip phone. He has had some problems with receiving messages, but hopefully this will work itself out. Otherwise, he likes it.
This is a great little simple phone. If you are looking for a phone to just talk and text on this is the phone for you. It is lite weight easy to use i highly reccommend this phone if you just want a cheap simple little phone.
