I spent a LOT of time just to get one of the phones to function well. I had to reset it and have a Samsung tech flash the ROM before I could add any programs. It still has quirks. Without doing anything, the phone seems to mute itself and the other party cannot here me. I have yet to work on the other phone. I hope that phone is better

I am using this phone now & it works well for texting, email,has a wonderful camera, just don't want to give up this phone since of going out. Love the size & hate those big cell phones these days. The battery though wish was longer lasting for searching up deep house lounge music on YouTube. T mobile needs to make more of these cell phones for those like myself who like a small smartphone that works for everything.

I had this phone and loved it. It quit after I passed it on to my kids. Some of the apps can no longer be updated, but that perfect for keeping my kids out of trouble. They can still use the internet, text, listen to mp3 music that I load to a SD card, and use most of the smart phone functions without getting into trouble. Its a nice compact size and very user friendly. I wish Samsung still made an equivalent updated Samsung Light phone. I was glad to find this phone on eBay, and the phone that I received was clean and is perfect for my kids.

OK, it comes with loads of bloatware... just root it and remove them! After that, you'll get a decent mid-range phone. 5MP and 720p recording makes a good job. 5GB for apps & files with 1GB RAM and Quad-core 1.4Mhz... period.
