A good midrange phone, with some misfortunes along with it. I tested this phone out from a friend that has US CELLULAR AS HIS NETWORK. He came to visit and I gave the phone my tests. One thing I noticed, is that there is not much speed in the games. It says it's got a good processor and is a guaranteed update, well please, show me some indication of that. It's about as fast as my OLD Motorola Droid Devour. Try playing Angry Birds or fruit ninja with this and you will be wishing you got another brand of a phone. The battery seems to hold fine with heavy usage, much unlike my old DROID, BUT say you leave the device with 80 percent of battery and then come back an hour later, don't be surprised to find it either dead, nearly dead, or overheating. He's checked and I've checked the settings to make sure we aren't missing something, and that background sync isn't enabled, which it isn't. He doesn't want to fork out money for an extended battery, so I guess he's stuck with that issue. So far, those are the only gripes, and seem to be the only ones anyone else I know has found.
