I'm on the market for our second one of these. Our first one finally died, but we were really hard on it for over a year warming 6-8 bottles or food pouches per day and not cleaning very often. It was dependable and easy to use. I felt it heated evenly and had a circulating feature that kept breast milk from having hot spots. We also had a lot of family members helping out with baby and it was extremely user friendly and self-explanatory so no one had any trouble figuring it out even if they had never used it before. I thought it was great.

Although this warmer does take on average 6 minutes to warm a bottle, the bottle is warmed evenly. I love the timer & the reservoir which makes it so that I don't have to add water each time I warm a bottle. It's also easy enough for anyone to understand and use. I haven't used it to warm anything except bottles and the Kiinde Twist pouches just yet, but I am looking forward to the future.
