The packaging came with a crease in it. Also, the figure itself, while I assume is not a knock-off has some issues. Specifically, a decal around the shorts of Giannis is wiped away leaving a streak. I have other NFL Pop! players and they come with an NFL sticker. There is nothing on this that makes it appear to be a legit NBA collectible. For what it is, it is fine. Don't think this is anything more than a toy. This certainly is not a future collectible by any means. I suppose it is possible I got a bad one.
