I've been using the litter locker system and refills for years. You get the best value for your money by buying the refills in bulk. It really is a stink free system to dispose of litter waste. It is very convenient to use too. I keep the litter locker nearby the litterbox. The scoop has its own storage spot. You only have to lift the lid, scoop the pan, close the lid and give the handle a turn. When the locker gets full, you simply cut and tie off the bag and dump the bagged waste into the trash.
