They arrived in a wet box. They looked fair upon arrival but died within 3-4 days. We have had garden ponds for 35+ years and have never lost water lettuce in season. We are assuming that got to hot in the mail truck, so we are giving benefit of the doubt and leaving neutral instead of a negative review.

Ordered plants which got lost in shipping and when they finally arrived the box was opened and all the plants were dead and smashed. I ordered them on 4/8/24 didn't get them till 4/19/24 and ive asked for a refund and haven't got a reply so basically was a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.
