Phone is easy to set up and use (particularly if you are used to using LG phones). Screen is easy to read. Features are very nice for an affordable unit, but nothing fancy or exotic. Tracfone service is easy to get going, very affordable, and works as well as any provider in my area. This is a perfect set up for someone who uses the phone only occasionally, and wants to keep their expense to a minimum.

Nice phone, but it came with NO SIM CARD. I had to order one separately, which I am expecting this week. So far, I haven't been able to use it for phone or text, only for internet through my wifi. It makes a good pocket computer, though. Large screen with slim body. Much bigger than my old phone, but it does a lot more and I think I will use it more rather than toting my tablet around.

This represents a move from a flip phone to a smart phone, so it doesn't fit in the pocket as comfortably. It does offer more features, but I'm primarily interest in phone and text service, and it does that well. The built in camera takes good pictures. I'd hoped pictures would be accessible through usb connector to download to computer, but apparently pictures have to be moved to optional micro sd card, then downloaded to computer from sd card.

Haven't had it for long but I'm very pleased. For the price, it's a great value. The screen is bigger than my old Apple and with most of the features I need. Considering it comes with a year's Tracfone service, I highly recommend it.

Tracfone has the best phone plans on the planet. On TV you can see these ads about phones for $500 or more. Then their hookup plans for $100 a month for with a two year contract. And all the things besides phone calls these phones can do. I just laugh. Even lesser flip phones for the retired don't have as good a plan as Tracfone. This new Rebel 4 practically set itself up. I was glad to see an inquiry above as to the battery life, which was a downside to the Rebel 2. Not that it was a big problem for me in that I don't walk around constantly staring into my phone. If I want to go to Facebook I'll do that on my home computer. I'm already in love with the Rebel 4 and haven't even scratched to surface as to its ability. I'm a baby boomer but with a phone that can translate its own technology to a nerd like me, why even a caveman could do it. Thanks Tracfone! JamesRead full review
