I HALF TO B HONEST IT LOOKS AMAZING .I MEAN ITS FRIKN PERFECT...IT HAS NO DEAD PIXELS,NO BACKLIGHT BLEED,IT IS BY FAR THE BEST 4K MONITOR ON THE MARKET,AND THE ENTIRE BACK IS MADE OUT OF ALUMINUM NO CHEEP PLACTIC ON HERE, IT HAS ALL THE CONNECTOR'S YA NEED,DISPLAY PORT,AND HDMI 1.4 (BUT EVERY PC ENTHUSIAST NO'S THAT THE DISPLAY PORT IS THE BEST AN REALY THE ONLY YOU SHOULD USE ANY WAY..BUT NONE THE LESS IT HAS HDMI AS WELL AS DVI ! This is a very good screen for the price, it has a very good panel, the image quality is amazing, and the viewing angles are very good. The only bad thing about this screen is that mine came with dead pixels, and a small stain right in the center of the screen (almost looks like a dead pixel). If it didn't have dead pixels it would be a salid 5 stars.

I took a chance and purchased this monitor on 9/2/18 despite some other web reviews of dead pixels and lines in the monitor. My monitor arrived in perfect condition, with no dead pixels and excellent color out of the box. The web reviews also clued me in that you need to be aware that the best picture and FPS is obtained with the use of the display-port and an aftermarket 4K/V1.3/1.4 cable. Throw away the cheap factory supplied HDMI cable which is causing problems for many if they do not read directions or reviews. If you plan to wall mount the monitor be aware that you will need to use the included standoff spacers. The power cable may need to be replaced with a right angle monitor power plug to clear some mounting brackets. So pleased with this purchase that barring any problems I plan to order another next month. Thanks Sceptre!!!Read full review

After seeing several bad reviews and a few good , I was very hesitant, hoping I'd get lucky and land one of the good ones with no dead pixels. I was fortunate the panel came in great condition with no dead pixels. I was sweating with anxiety when opening the box, but it worked out. Very great for $200...just be aware there is a risk you may get one with dead pixels.

Item arrived with dead pixels in the bottom left and when playing videos or video games it randomly displays green horizontal lines as though the monitor is defective or struggling to render. Confirmed it is not an issue with video rendering as other 4K monitors work fine with this setup.
