I sorta had a hard time getting my phone transferred but got that resolved. It don't have a face front camera sadly, it takes more apps than my old phone though. The contacts was hard to find and had to get an app for it. The camera was dirty when I got it but I finally got it cleaned. It's a good phone for sure thanks!

Does not keep time or date freezes have to always take battery out to reset. CUts off when it wants to..big disappointment..if I could afford it I'd send it back and request a better phone a different phone not a galaxy ..maybe a alactra or something better then this a more up to date..sorry butvthis thing is crappy

I bought this phone because of the price and reviews. My old phone which was 4 yrs. old from StraightTalk kept shutting off during calls so I wanted to buy a smartphone. This is my first smartphone and I love it. The only con is battery life. Turn your Wifi and GPS off when not needed for extended battery life. Edited a year later: I will never buy any kind of Galaxy phone again. This phone started giving me problems sending texts to my contacts of Google maps that I never sent. It also would call my contacts on it's own. The touch screen wouldn't do what I wanted it too. So I went and bought an LG Optimus from Straight Talk that I've had for 2 months. It's the best phone I have ever had.
We have 2 of these phones and other than having to learn how they operate, they are good and intelligent to use. We were a bit slow as we weren't savvy to the web site changing and windows 10 at the same time, but we stuck with it until we learned it well. We really like the phones now and give them a hearty Thumbs Up!!!
