Seller claims: Premium Quality, Free Shipping Items ship within 1 Business Day after order placement and PayPal payment. The item was delivered folded in a small plastic bag with cresses that cannot be removed, the banner was thin and poor quality. The seller didn't ship for 7 days after purchase and payment. They said it would be shipped the next day. Expected better service and quality. When I contacted the seller about expected delivery, they did not own the issue, blamed Ebay for delay.
