To reference size in photos, The elbow is 1.25” schedule 10, The tube in the second photo is 1”. It shipped really fast. No damage to the box or product. The machine was broken when I opened it and started to use it. The foot pedal terminal on the machine that you plug the foot pedal into had a bad solder.(not allowing the pedal to work). I fixed it in less than 5 minutes. 2 rpms, the lowest setting I could get it to turn, is well fast enough for tig on a 1” tube. It’s highest speed would equal roughly around a 10” tube. So there is some room in speed adjustment. The foot pedal is not a on/off switch. It’s a momentary switch. You hold down for rotation and let off for stop. Which I find is better than a on/off. In conclusion I would buy this over again. Even with the bad solder I’d buy it again. It rotated fine, handled multiple multiple welds fine, and grounded properly. I just have to get accustomed to letting the machine rotate the work and me not moving. I do wish the ground lead was longer but I can wire that up myself. JUST BUY IT. Again you get what you pay for and it was work the small investment. Read full review

can't be beat for the price, you will need to set it up and adjust the contact under the rotary table but as a hobbies guy I have always wanted one. Made my own isolated ground so attaching the ground on my bench takes a second I will update after more use if necessary

First off, it is a solid device and pretty much does what it's supposed to do. If I were on the design team, these are what I'd modify: * The slowest speed available is almost too fast, and that's for 1 - 2" pipe. Anything larger and the rotational speed would be too fast for TIG welding. At that lowest speed also means the travel is a little inconsistent. I would re-gear it so a workable speed would be somewhere in the halfway range of the motor speed. * I would like to see the motor speed knob in the front, not in the back where I can't see it. * would love to have a morse taper in the center so I can mount my own vice or fixture. As it is, you're pretty much stuck with the default vise or just the table. I've read reviews where the foot switch cable is too short. Not the case with this one. There is more than enough to reach the floor from any height bench. The little vise works well and will handle small work. Regardless of my recommended improvements, I'm glad I got it.Read full review

I’ve purchased 2 of these. The first one had about 25 hours of use before the gears started binding up, but still works. I bought the 2nd one as a backup to use when the first one quits. Other than that issue, I’m happy with how the unit operates.
