I am usually a photo person when it comes to cookbooks but this book is so full of great info and wonderful recipes that I didn't even miss the photos. It is Paleo without the extras that other cookbooks allow on Paleo. Stick to this book and feel better faster and lose weight as well.

Has all the lists of foods by groups. This book goes strictly my the Paleo lifestyle, it doesn't have any modified list including items like honey or vinegar for example so you would have to incorporate those items into the recipes yourself if you wanted to include them.

This was pretty much the genesis of the Paleo/Keto movement. Cordain was the driving force in that venue. He followed Atkins, only with improvements. The book is straight forward and to the point. The recipes are simple and not requiring exotic trips to foreign markets. Easy to use.
