When my family and I see trailers for movies we put the into three categories, Theater, Buyer & Renter. Theater movies mean that we believe by looking at the trailer, that is would be worth the arm & leg it costs to go to the movies to see it (I can tell you there haven't been many in my lifetime worth that). Buyer mean that we believe the movie is one we believe by looking at the trailer, that it is worth buying. We always rent it first anyway to be sure we are right. Renters are one that we wouldn't mind watching but we definite won't waste our money on purchasing. Pride & Prejudice is definitely in the "Buyer" category, with one exception. Had I been able to rent this movie and see it first I would have FLOWN to the nearest theater and watched it there. I can honestly say that I have watched this movie a total of 20+ times! I have NEVER done that before, at least not in close succession like this one. The only movie to rival this one is "The Sound Of Music", and to me that's saying alot.
