The instructions are a little confusing on the audio, but so easy to install and select tracks. Even plays music and has a colorful show while you wait. Not sure about the actually cleaning because, for one thing like I said, the instructions are unclear. They say to play a certain track then when it's complete it just repeats... It doesn't actually say the cleaning process is complete. Plus, I wasn't having trouble with my XBOX 360, just thought it might ought to be cleaned after 3 years of play. So I can't say for sure whether or not is does its job. There are two small brushes on the outer circle where you place a drop of cleaning fluid (included). Here's hoping!

So I purchased this lens cleaner to clean my Nintendo Wii, not Wii U. Anyway, several disks including some of the older Gamecube disks did not play well and would freeze up. I was told this is due to a dirty lens. The disks have zero scratches, so that is not the cause. Will you have better luck than I did, perhaps. Could the problem be something other than a dirty lens, also perhaps.

If your DVD player is the drawer-type, it is not possible to clean the lens. This product fits in the drawer when desired and supports a couple of brushes. Using the liquid cleaner provided on the brushes the disc revolves and wipes the lens repeatedly. This is usually enough to restore reliable performance to your DVD player.
