Received part of order of hearing aid batteries. Received 4, should have been 5 packages. Their response was to send it back. Having already used one I could not do that. Also said they cannot give a partial refund.

TL;DR: net positive. Evidently, I was shipped a similar, but incorrect product: a hearing aid cleaning kit made up of close to 6 pieces, rather than a set of 6 of the kind of brush depicted. However, the closeness of the received item to the original one in purpose and price, plus, importantly, the courteousness and patience of the seller in their communication, made this a worthwhile transaction.
