My first Masterpiece, has great articulation and can be set in many cool poses. Car mode is decent, but upon transforming, Bumblebee looks spectacular. Highly recommend.

Considering the high price of the product, the finish leaves something to be desired. I bought two units and both came with scratches, paint faults, loose joints, that is, Hasbro is not a benchmark in quality standards. For the price they charge for this product, it should be flawless. The process of transformation is far from simple, a child would never be able to do it alone. It is a beautiful piece, but could be better in terms of finish and functionality.

Afree unpacking the toy and transforming it to a robot mode for the first time, one of the wheels pieces just broke off on the touch. No pressure or pulling was done to the piece. I'm not sure if it was already broken but I barely touch it and broke off. Very dissapointed since I waiting a long time to get it.

Looks “Ok” in robot mode, not that good in auto. A bit larger scale than G1 transformers, so doesn’t really fit for display with those (if that’s your intent). Ok buy for the price overall, but don’t recommend for COLLECTORS.

Yes, it has its flaws. The worse of them is his panel gaps. He doesn't close tightly in places leaving unsightly gaps in vehicle mode. My left rear tire doesn't peg in all the way so it angles outward and that causes it to spin out when I roll it. His cannon has the same problem. It doesn't close tightly once it's placed on his arm. And it looks pretty bad. There's a 3rd party version available that has a LED light in it that fits absolutely wonderful. His Robot mode is the true prize. He's is gorgeous. Movie accurate as you can get, I so happy the Bee has his extra set of wings on his back. Articulated hands/fingers wrist and waist swivel, ankle tilt and some what limitless head articulation. His transformation can be a little tricky at the calves and getting his head out is and absolute horror. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, all I know is it's problematic. Now he has these flaps that close up gaps beneath his armpits. Getting them to snap in place can also be an annoying task. But, I must say. That once you have him all transformed you will be transfixed on his visually detailed image. The mold detailing is astounding. HASBRO will get a thumbs up on the Robot mode, unfortunately. His vehicle mode with the god awful panel line gaps takes so much away from what could've been the best Bumblebee figure ever released by Hasbro. But, yet again they fell short. Lastly, he's high yellow and not the mustard gold we've grown to love. Would I recommend him?.....Yes, I would. Because even with his flaws, he's still a great figure and he's in my opinion, the best movie adaption of Bumblebee I've ever seen. Read full review
