TThis is a very sturdy and stylish HP wireless keyboard. It has all of the full size typing function of large pc keyboard device. I immediately like the keyboard at the first seen when my friend shows me the day he bought the device. Unfortunately,he carelessly used the different brands mixed up AA cells where they're availability in the house and one of the cell was badly leaked after he left the keyboard unused for awhile. The Touchpad keyboard died when it's battery compartment's negative side was heavily flooded with oxidize acid and corroded. He asked if I want the device for parts or he recycled it. Of course,the keyboard is so nice and I never gave up things unless the last tried. I spent thirty minutes cleaned up the whole battery compartment then placed it under the sun shine for a few hours to let it completely dried and it is working flawlessly after that and I am using it for typing this review for the wireless keyboard itself. HP really designed this good Bluetooth keyboard with a gentle looking,very neat and strongly built on the physical outer and suppress the typing noises to its lowest level with almost no noise at all. It Bluetooth pairing with Android and IOS is a charm no matter you've an old or new devices and this keyboard would go to sleep mode if left unattended a few minutes then the sensor will automatically on when your fingers are on it. I turn the power off after finish the typing job. Next use,just push the power button on the rear far left side of the keyboard(push forward) the keyboard then press the last button on the top right has the power icon on it for a few seconds then it connects. I have owned almost twenty wireless keyboards and so far, this hp touchpad vs Logitech Bluetooth keyboard are my most intelligent and they're the best of my work horses. This work horse operates on two AA all available cells and it lasts on 70 hrs on the typical use and you may use the ante loop Panasonic rechargeable cells and they last almost as long as the Alkaline cells Per charge. This wireless keyboard is a little bit heavy and it calls "touchpad" but it does not make sense to me that I don't find any touch pad on it. Another minor drawback besides the HP icon on the white circle located on the middle of the rear side, you do not find the model no. Or s/n on it unless you open the battery compartment and it's very tricky that cost me a few hours to find the way to open it. However,this is a very good standard bluetooth keyboard for a long way typing for smartphones and smart pads with a very comfortable fast typing.Read full review

The instructions for set up doesn't tell what the pin number is. After several attempts and going to the internet for instructions I started putting 4 debit numbers in . It worked at 0000 . Took to much time. I almost sent it back.
