Not so much as a glitch
Right out of the box, it was working perfectly. It's remarkably sensitive to global positioning and I've already reliably used it 3 times. The touch-screen works well, and the features are easy to navigate. The suction-cup mount for the windshield is well designed and holds fast. Haven't had a problem with it. For the cost, it's a no-brainer.

Needs constant updates
Good price, good looking but poor graphics. You can't much rely on, when in a split-second moment as the cursor won't always follow the street at turns but the screen rotates instead, making the whole thing a bit confusing for about 2 seconds... Needs constant map updates as well. It once directed me inside what appeared to actually be a bridge pylon at exit 15 on route I-295 in the north of the US (Freeport, ME). I would recommend buying an upgrade version of it or use creativity if you still need to benefit on the quality/price ratio.Good price, good looking but poor graphics. Will fail you quickly
I bought a this GPS and couldnt get it to 100% GPS lock so location was a little bit off. Okay not a issue i can deal with that. Then I went to update the maps and the site they send me to doesnt show their map updates are compatible with the device. The after a week i click on the navigation button and it wont pull up maps anymore. Tried contacting the manufacture and they never got back to me. Its your standard Chinese made knock off junk. This product has great potential. The manufactors need to have the instructions written by an American so that they are more understandable. Have had considerable difficulty learning by trial and error. Overall the product seems to be of good quality and is surprisingly accurate. The screen is large and easily read. Now that I have learned how to use it I am more comfortable with it. I would add a couple of features including a "mute" button, and a more easity accessible "alternate route" choice. The battery does not seem to charge and hold, but this is not a problem for me since I leave it connected to my car charger all the time. For the money, you would have a hard time finding a better product. I have already recommended it to a friend, but I did offer to teach him to use it.This product has great potential. Broken after 2 months
My mother used to tell me: Spend more and get a better product...I should have listened to her, I tried to save $$ and be cheap. Now I'm down $50 by buying this crappy GPS system from china. It broke down with less than 2 months of use. I definitely can't recommend this item.
