The M600 Logitech Touch mouse offers a pleasing combination of powerful performance, smooth swiping and a slick design. Compatible with Microsoft Windows, this wireless mouse adds convenience and ease of use to both laptops and desktops. This wireless mouse offers smooth touch scrolling, quiet clicking, an ambidextrous design and a unifying receiver that lets you use it with more than one device. Additionally, the Touch M600 mouse from Logitech features a 2.4 GHz wireless protocal that you can use as far away as 33 feet, allowing you to control your browser from a substantial distance. This battery-powered Logitech Touch M600 mouse operates on two AA batteries, which last for up to six months before needing replacement. To set the mouse up, pop the batteries in and connect the receiver into your computer’s USB port. Use Logitech’s Unifying Software to manage the other devices linked to your mouse, including a keyboard or gaming system. Customize your Logitech Touch M600 wireless mouse with Logitech’s SetPoint software. Simply open the software in your Microsoft Windows application, click "My Mouse" and select the Logitech Touch Mouse M600. Choose the Point and Click icon to change the mouse’s left and right buttons’ operation, disable or enable the middle click feature and to change the pointer’s speed. To customize the way the Logitech Touch M600 mouse operates in Microsoft Windows, click the Navigate Windows icon to disable or enable shortcuts, including toggling between open tabs and switching applications. You can also adjust your scrolling options to disable or enable features on your Logitech Touch M600 mouse, including vertical and horizontal gesture shortcuts and back or forward options in your browser. This wireless mouse weighs 3.84 ounces. Each Logitech M600 Touch Mouse comes perfectly paired with its receiver. The unique ID of each mouse enhances security and makes it less likely that anyone can connect to your receiver and commandeer your computer. Left handed opinion
As usual Logitech build quality is top marks my problem with this mouse is when I switched out too left handed it wasn't as responsive and had issues differentiating between the primary and secondary buttons being a flat surface and not having a definite line. I have used it on desktop for many applications and works well but the downside on top of the left handed issue is response time when gaming and again left or right hand setup the buttons nerve into one being a primary bottom right across the mouse and having completely lost the secondary button, I an not sure of this is a generic fault across the range or an individual fault on my device but for those tell points have marked it as 3 stars

mouse with a new experience in functionality, works great!
this is a pretty nice mouse. its a little different than your typical mouse. it is like a combination of a classic click mouse and a touch screen phone. the touch portion of the mouse responds very well to my inputs and in combination with the analog clicking system works well. it has a couple nice features that allow for faster navigation through your browser like a 2 finger swipe that moves you forward or back a page. it also has a nice feature that allows you to switch from one application to another easily. the optical sensor works well on many surfaces. i use this with my laptop so im often using the mouse just on my pants leg n havent had any real problems. battery life is great with this mouse.

For the most part this wireless touch mouse by Logitech has a big help!
I am happy with my purchase especially because of the price and how long the mouse lasts with just two double AA batteries in it. I like the accuracy for the most part. The only drawback for me is you have to be precise in your finger movements going vertically or the mouse can direct you to the previous page or scroll horizontally. This can be annoying at first but then it's just a matter of being definite with the dexterity. Going fast or slow vertically is basically easy. It's serving it's purpose and I didn't break the bank to make this purchase. I'd recommend it. There "are" other wireless mouses I like better but for the money this one is well worth it.

Excellent product at an excellent price point
This is a great product. Pros: 1) Slim and nice looking. 2) Works on just a single battery (it can take two but works on one too) for reduced overall weight. 3) Supports gestures, not Windows 8 specific but swipes work well. 4) Unified receiver makes it easy to use with other Logitech keyboards/products. And the receiver is so small you would hardly notice it when plugged in. 5) Excellent price on eBay. 6) Basically the same as the Logitech M620 but cost less. Cons: 1) There is no button per se on this mouse, when you "press" on the left or right click button, the entire top surface of the mouse goes down. While not a problem on hard surfaces, it may be annoying to use on soft surfaces such as your thigh.
