It's the same one that I had and glad I found it for this price to be able to see my videos.

I own a similar (TR-96) after several years of very light use, the cassete loading/ejection mechanism failed on mine, so I looked for a sismilar used that would allow me to view mi old tapes, well the one that showed up at my doorstep also hed the same problem, except worse, the mecahnism is was visibly defective, withe the switch already broken or loose, once power was applied from my ac adapter, a strange repetitive noise could be heard, indicating a failed device, not possible to load a cassete.
I bought fro this seller almost two decades old Sony camcorder to transfer my old Video 8 tapes . The camcorder is 100% useless. The seller noticed that the camcorder is for transfering old tapes and he could not check how the camcorder records video. That is OK, nobody needs it now. However, everyone in the US has access to 110 outlet. He could mention that when you set camcorder to camera you do not see a thing. The camcorder is only good for rewinding the tapes. To receive the product from Chicago to New Jersey I had to wait for two weeks.
Bought this to transfer 8 and HI8 tapes. It works great, and seems to be in excellent condition.

Answered my questions very quickly, the camcorder arrived within a few days and worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
