It's an economic upgrade, better than what the TV puts out. Easy to install, however I haven't figured out how to make the bluetooth to work with my phone. It hooks up no problem but the volume is extremely low. Still recommend purchasing for an inexpensive upgrade.

I was hoping this sound bar would fix the sound problems on my Comcast/TiVo/Vizio but at least it let me determine the problem must be TiVo or Comcast. I can say more specifically about this sound bar. Cons: 1) I would like it to have better dialogue/speech setting. 2) I would like the auto on/off feature to turn off sooner when the TV turns off. It turns on quickly. 3) When auto-on was disabled and I had it turned of it came on once randomly. 4) I wish it used one of the LG remote codes that the TiVo remote can emulate. I will need to buy a new TiVo remote that is a learning remote. 5) The user manual is skimpy. Pros: 1) I had no subwoofer connection issues. 2) It's easy to install and connect. 3) It has good sound and nice subwoofer. I didn't use it with an LG TV so didn't try the wireless connection, I used fiber optic. I haven't tried the Bluetooth feature.Read full review

Very happy with this purchase. Wanted to stick with LG since we have an LG smart tv. It was an easy setup, good sound quality with options, and a reasonable price too. So nice to actually understand conversations in movies without muffled sound and blaring commercials on regular tv stations.

Simple to install and set up. Comes with a wall mount bracket. Can't seem to get enough volume while in Bluetooth even with the enhancement on. Not a big deal. I do wish the sub was a little louder even though it is fully controllable.

The bass hits pretty well for a set of this price. The mids and highs are good imo. Makes movies much more enjoyable. For music, the "bass" preset seems to work best. With movies, I'm torn between "loudness" and "bypass." It has auto-volume control, so movies that are mixed weird (low dialogue, extremely loud action) won't have your neighbors knocking. Bluetooth works fine, and the subwoofer paired up fine. If you're looking to make your movies/tv better, this'll do it! It's easily comparable to a Logitech Z-5500... of course, in 2.1 though, and a little less bass (don't get me wrong, it does get boomy though).
