It's sturdy/gets the job done. would have like if it raised up/down as well, but couldn't justify spending the extra money to get a footrest with that functionality. I trust this will work OK for my wife's new desk set-up.

It is not a stable platform it is wobbly. It looks like it would be a different sort of thing in the photos. When I say No to good value I mean I paid for one thing and got something that works differently than implied in the photos. Is it good quality? Yes the materials are solid and it is well constructed. But it moves too much. I'll keep it in any regard.
