The overall performance is ok three things 1. Volume is to low to be able to increase the volume would be great. 2. It would be great if it was a 1/4 inch longer. 3. And the most important one is the range, the range need to be greatly increased. I think if those issues was addressed this could be and outstanding little hands free device, 👍🏾 Pretty good job Jabra.

The headset is very sleek and comfortable - it's easy to wear all day. Except, you can't wear it all day because the battery life is little more than 2 hours. Yes, it comes with a charging dock and it's pretty convenient. But it's pretty inconvenient to constantly carry around the charging dock. Functionally, it's pretty easy to pair. But like charging, you have to use the charging dock to pair. Once paired, the call quality and very good - that's if you don't mind mediocre volume - low compared to other Jabra bluetooth like Jabra Stealth. The worse feature is the touch functionality. To answer, end or mute the call, you tap the ear piece - not at all as easy as it sounds. Bottom line, if this headset design had the call quality and functionality of Jabra Stealth, it would be one of the best!Read full review

Five stars works just as it should no problem with volume. I had one 2 years ago and gave it to a friend wish I hadn’t because they stopped selling at Best Buy. Love this ear piece. Seems like brand new to me.

I have always liked everything Jabra has made. There is one problem with this item. The piece that goes into your ear does not have good traction. It has dropped out of my ear several times. Once was while I was standing over a urinal. Quick save on my part kept it dry. For that reason I have ordered a Jabra Stealth which I know is well designed. Will give this one to a friend with a warning about fit.

The headset works great. 3 hrs of talk time is accurate plus charge on the fly in the precharged base.. The only negative is that I have been struggling to figure out the best ear gel for my ear.. But that's a me issue
