I have no idea what a small form factor is, but it has adequate ports and is compact in size. The high rating is primarily due to it being an excellent value. It is slower than my other computer but cost several hundred dollars less and is going to be perfect for my use which is Internet browsing and email. It is just what I needed, though mildly slower than I thought it would be based on other reviews.

The SSD Drive is really fast. I have another computer with windows 10 and it takes many minutes to go through the start up. This computer with the SSD starts up in seconds. To me this is worth everything. I am looking into adding a SSD to my other computer.

Checked the system - all advertised was there. Very quiet. So far, it seems to run AutoCAD just fine. No Bloat-Ware - no wasted set up time! However, I wish it had 2 USB ports in the front instead of 1 so that a USB headset could be plugged in with easier access for Skype and a wireless mouse could be plugged in the front for less interference - both at the same time. I buy less than the latest and greatest since I tend to burn up computers, so I'm always nervous about what I'm going to end up with. But, this i3 opens programs quickly and does what I need it to do. I'm pleased with this purchase.

It is fabulous. I bought a reconditioned one for less than $400. It is faster than anything I have seen and small footprint. No problems at all. I am a 72 year old with no knowledge of computers. I had no problems setting it up and am learning Windows 20 on as I go. Probably the best purchase I have ever made.
