I have used Kaspersky for a number of years without a hitch installing it. This year I was unable to install the product without tech support. The instructions didn't match what was coming up on the computer. It was supposed to pop up an install wizard, but that didn't happen. I was in a panic as I waited til the expire day to install the new security. The following day after spending hours trying to get tech support via email I called the tech support number for Kaspersky and settled down to wait hours for assistance. Imagine my surprise when I was immediately put through to a tech. He spoke English very well and walked me right thru the steps to correct the problem. Not sure I would go through the aggravation again next year though. The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable.
