So glad I stepped up for this chromebook. Yes. it's a little heavier than most, but not too heavy. The bottom line is that it's built like a tank. I have no problem w/ battery life and am getting a solid 8+ hours of screen time. If you can find this fella in the $210 price range, you should step up.
