Although the design looks weird and not comfy, you will forget about these "properties" as soon as you wear this device. The collar is very light and flexible, has the necessary controls so you don't need to pull your phone off the bag or pocket to answer /end a call or control the music playback; it also cares the accumulator(-s?) which adds more hours to uninterrupted use. The earbuds sit perfectly in the ears and require zero effort to be inserted - unlike any others I had in all my experience with, including Sennheiser, Beats and Apple's; they are also small enough and almost not feasible when lying, so can be used in bed to play your favorite lullabies :) The sound is good enough, especially when combined with the equalizer of phone or specific application. I use them about two months and absolutely love this device. Highly recommended! Read full review

The range suppose to be 150ft. but i can go about 40 ft and that is all before it cuts out completely, This is the reason i wanted it for the distance so a little disappointed. The sound is good, the first time set up was easy i connected it to the phone and computer and everything worked, the next day it would only find the phone the first device i connected to. Could not figure out how to go to the second device. Had to do a total reset of headphones and only connected to the computer now. This is probably why there was no stock at Motorola site. for the last few weeks. Not on Amazon either. Only able to find it hear on Ebay.

Ups...Sound is great, ease of use, alert buzzer in neck is cool,, auto reconnect when in range and call accept is great, vocal battery life reminder is cool. Distance is not 150 ft, closer to 80.. downs.....don't buy from factory wholesalers don't get any cps warranty for 3 yrs, they suck, their plan sucks, the headset is my 2nd one it didn't last 4 months. I lost money shipping to warranty place the same one side will break mine was left twice!!!

Finally my LG Tone 700 died after almost 4 years. I was sad. Did a lot of research hoping to find an upgrade. The LG Tone series suffers from terrible reviews, mostly about the workmanship and flimsy wires. Too bad, they lost a loyal customer. If I found a LG Tone 700 I would have bought it. The Motorola Moto Surround is a good replacement. In some respects superior. In some respects not so superior. Pros: I really like the fit. The drape around the neck is much more comfortable. It hides beneath my shirt much better so that just the wires/buds are exposed. I am constantly slinging my daypack over my shoulder. With the LG Tone I would sometimes catch the device and it would drop to the ground. This is not a problem when I use the Moto Surround. I also really appreciate the support for two devices. The LG Tone would "kinda" support two devices. But the Moto Surround does it seamlessly. The difference is between night and day. The wires are SUBSTANTIAL, what really drew me to the device. Cons: The audio quality is not as good. Not a big deal for a 65 year old with partial hearing loss. But noticeable. The audio will also occasionally break up. I have to turn the device off and on to get rid of the annoying popping sounds. At just over 6 hours of listening time I was hoping for better. I will need to buy 2 devices since I am connected all the time to either my phone or music or video. Wish there was an external battery that could be carried/swapped.Read full review

I had a motorolabuds, THise work fine for about 18 months and I was happy with them. THis are much nicer for music listening but for use all the day as an mobile hands free, is not much comfortable as this motosourround seal the ear canal very well and it makes some vacuum inside and it is not comfortable.
