the fans are not nearly as loud as I expected based on other reviews. the CLI leaves some to be desired, and the CLI that shipped on the switch didn't match the CLI described in the manual. I have not tried to upgrade the firmware yet, but packets seem to be flowing just fine through it. takes some work, but it's hard to beat for the price.
