Converts all of your pictures to the correct resolution automatically without losing anything. Plays videos, pics, and mp3's with no problem. Color and quality is the best I've seen in a digital picture frame. 4 bad things: first, the touch screen part of it is silly, a novelty at best. Second, the schedule to make it come on and off is nice but is turned off anytime you touch the thing and then you have to turn it back on when you are done with whatever you were doing. Third, and most important... we planned on using this as an alarm clock... terrible alarm clock. This is an amazing picture frame, but an alarm clock from the dollar store will serve you better in that capacity. It is difficult to set, turn off, or change... nearly impossible without the remote. Fourth, the wireless aspect is nullified without their wireless usb card (purchased separately). You can still use bluetooth, but it is less user friendly. The interface of the entire unit is confusing and this is coming from a guy who's business is called "the tech know dude". If you plan on using this as a digital picture frame that you just want to plug in an sd card and check out your pics in great quality, then this is for you. If you want to use all of the other features get ready to spend a few hours trying to figure it out.Read full review
The Pandigital frames in general are among the best available on the market when it comes to clear and vibrant images. In fact after owning a total of 9 different brands and even a few Chinese made non-branded frames...the frames distributed by Pandigital are by far the best. It is true that the remotes are frustrating but once your frame is programmed and the sd card is engaged its a delight to see the images in the slide show. I dont use the frames as alarm, video or music centers and I've never relied on it as a calendar source so I can't comment on those features. My favorite feature is the auto alignment for portrait or landscape viewing. The only downside to Pandigital is that the company is out of business which leaves no authorative voice for questions about the products bearing their name. If you can find a frame that has touch screen and at least 1 GB of internal memory and dont need to sync the frame with wifi or email but do want to have a beautiful pic.... Pandigital seems to be the best I have found.... the shelf life is unknown by me at this point but if I can get a year out of the frame I am happy.Read full review
Mine was used and it had some peculiarities which I am still working on understanding. One was that for the photo slide show it would turn some photos 90 or 180 degrees.
Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: Pre-owned
Good idea for displaying lots of photos on your desk top. Fun to watch. "Touch" feature is a nice touch. I recommend this product.
Upon getting the Digital Picture Frame. I loaded pictures on it and it works great. Everything thing on it worked like it should. Very pleased!!!
