This add on USB 3.0 card works great on my Dell OptiPlex 990 (Desktop case - low profile). Remember to update its driver via Device Manager (look for its driver version). Keep in mind, These 2 ports are UNABLE to boot up with any USB flash drive. You have to use built-in USB 2.0 ports for booting up a flash drive.
