Alright so first off the mouse itself that comes with the bundle is pretty standard. The two side buttons are non programmable however you can download a APP called X-Mouse Button Control that picks this mouse up and allows you to change the two side buttons inputs. The default two side buttons are back and forward browser functions. The mouse is very lightweight and with a heavy or quick use of it you will lift the the mouse off the desk because it isn't heavy enough but for the bundle it's still descent. They keyboard here is actually rather good. The blue(other colors as bought) LED backlighting is nice to see in the dark with. Since I prefer to game in dim lighting I turn the LEDs on and bam, I see the keyboard. The feel of the keyboard being raised up and at the base having a good place to rest the palm of your hand(sloped) while you type is extremely convenient. However even though the LED backlighting is neat, I find I have to use it a lot of the time to see the actual letters on which keys I hit if by chance I am typing from a weird angle or my muscle memory is off a bit due to my carpal tunnel. not quite what I expected - hoping for a keyboard/mouse combo with 1 usb for both - but good value for money - shipped quickly. When keyboard isn't lit is a bit difficult to tell what keys are what - have to turn on the lights each time you restart your computer. Keyboard is a little small and cramped - mouse is nice - good ball but has button on the side that moves backwards on the website screens - not always done on purpose - can sometimes making navigating the web a bit bothersome.

This is a great product, the quality is there, but I would not 100% say it is a gaming set. The only cons I can say are, the mouse has no way to disable the led, and the keyboard has no way to disable the windows key when gaming.
