works great hangs up occasionally with old crumpled reciepts but stick them in middle and run them on through. took a little while for me to get the set up but didn't read instructions. Now sorts out where I want them to go under the category that I want them in

Because most of the time even though I have been very careful in prep. still- almost every time when I scan an item the paper "balls"up even though I have been very careful in the scan process. The machine is amazing. Super fast scanning of piles of paper. I went paperless in less than a day. The Neat software can be cumbersome but I like the flexibility the web/phone interface provides. The software is kind of like iTunes in 2006. Irritating but worthwhile in the long run
