First off the actual product is a great laptop. The Dell Latitude business class models like this still hold up 7 years after their initial run. That being said this is horrible company to have to deal with. First I had to call twice to grt them to ship it. On arrival the SSD was not properly installed so I got "no bootable source" errors. Then Windows 7 would not boot, I'd get half way through the windows logo and it would reboot to the BIOS screen. Wifi did not work because...the ribbon cable for the switch wasn't connected to the motherboard so it was in a perpetual disabled state. Volume key ribbon cable was also not attached, and to top it all off the speakers were totally missing. I called to complain and they basically said "well it is refurbished" deal with it. So all in all the actual laptop is a great product (after I had to properly fix it). It was easy for meto fix but for someone with no computer hardware knowledge it would have been an even worse experience. Dell Latitude E6420=5 stars. Aventis Systems=0 stars. Will never buy from again.Read full review
