I have used Microsoft office at work and home for many years and have always thought it was great and still is except for one thing. I have always color-coded calendar appointments in Outlook which makes is easy to find what I want to look for. Now in Office 2016 that particular option has been taken away. After going on the Microsoft site, I found out there are a lot of other disappointed people. I don’t know if the problem has been resolved on Office 365 but even if it has, I am not ready to upgrade since everything else works perfectly fine.
