I already had a premium license getting ready to expire. When I went to my account and tried to put in the new license, I could get the Activate button to appear. I uninstalled my old and reinstalled this one and had no problem. Also, when you type in your license key, leave out the dashes.

It performs reasonably well. But I felt the free Adwcleaner performed better. It caught things Malwarebytes missed, so I used both of them. Got this renewal package when my subscription was about to expire. After expiration, I continued to receive pop-ups to update it, which I did not enjoy. I certainly don't consider it malware itself, rather the continued pop-ups caused me to consider it as irritatiationware. I finally uninstalled it. I would suggest company makes their attempts to renew, less intrusive. And Adwcleaner seems to catch more.

This product has worked well to keep my computers from becoming infected with malware. Works well in the background with other programs. Was easy to install on my PC and Mac. I had one new computer that Malwarebytes wasn't installed on. All I had to do was download the free version from Malwarebytes. After installing the free version, I opened the program and went to accounts - typed in the new product key I purchased, and the program updated to the premium one. On the computer that Malwarebytes was installed on, simply go to accounts and type in the new product key and it updates, It’s just that simple.
