I have used this software for several years and have had no problem security issues. Over the years though installation can be an issue and Kaspersky's support is a little disorganized if you have a serious/hard problem.

I had a difficult time downloading the program from Kaspersky web site. I had to restart the download constantly because it would time out. Part of this is my ISP but when I was able to get it installed on my system, it caused my computer to crash. This continued to happen until Windows would no longer load. I had to take my computer for repairs. The problem was Kaspersy Internet Security, it was using all of my systems resources. It had to be removed completely. It may be a good product for a faster more powerful system.

I have used Kaspersky Anti-virus products for years, but they make it difficult to get out of their grasp, by auto renewing the software if you forget to cancel before renewal date. I finally got loose from them, and went with another brand, with less issues!
