it was sweet surprise to see a quality product for such a low price. I was not able to differentiate the refurbished laptop to a new laptop. this laptop has sufficient processing power to do the day today task and would highly recommend for light computing users. Pros: 1. Light weight and can be used as tablet mode 2. the keyboard doesn't warp when keys are pressed. 3. the stand can be used on lap and on bed. 4. the keyboard has back lighting options 5. battery life is very good if you are changing the power saving to hibernate when idle. 6. screen quality and has very wide viewing angle. 7. LTE support Cons: 1. the digitizer is not unusable for taking notes using pen. I would say HP should not advertise pen support for this 2 in 1. lightweight. I won't buy another HP again. Beside the weight, it was slow, it cracked, I lost my pictures from my trip to the middle east, the battery was terrible. After 3 years- it died on me. It was not worth the money to repair it. Very disappointed in this product.

I really like this tablet/laptop device. It's very easy to use and to carry it around. The keypad is solid and durable or you can use the touchscreen. The only downfall is volume is not very loud even when you put it to the max. So if you want to watch youtube or Netflix it's not all that great. And it doesn't come with the pen. But overall I'm satisfied with it. It gets the job done for me.
