The range of choices in two-line cordless phones is not great. This phone was a lot of phone for the money. It replaced a Uniden and I miss the wider chice of ringtones for each separate incoming line and I miss the speakerphone function on the phone. IT is not an intuitive phone design and reading the manual available on-line is important. Everything else works fine including the conference call function. A bargain and no way to detect it is a factory refurb from the condition as delivered.
Phone was 10 years old but still works ok. Purchased a new battery because it was of the same age. Works as advertised and has lots of features I wanted not found in newer phones.
