The reality is that the desktop is refurbished. The Keyboard was missing three keys, I found two loose in the box but F12 never found. My question or comment is why to mislead the costumers In the other hand the Desktop works great, has decent spec for my purpose which is for hook to Smart TV for streaming has2 HDMI which is awesome. I had to get a new computer and I ordered this one because I didn't need a Monitor , Key board, or mouse. It's running great. I will warn anyone interested in this computer it is NOT WiFi connected. You will need a WiFi Adapter to go alone with this computer. Order one along with this computer, and you will save money by doing it that way. I also had to get a new Monitor cable as well. But once I got this computer up and running I have been well pleased. Even with the added expense I still saved about $50.00 store cost.
