For $30, it's a pretty solid controller; it has clicky buttons, solid joysticks and a comfortable design. Comparing it to my pro controller, I do wish the shoulder buttons were a bit lower and the buttons were easier to press. Overall though, a pretty decent controller.

Mario fans will gravitate towards this controller for the design on the face of the controller but any true hardcore player might want to look elsewhere for a more robust and feature rich option. For older 2D games like those available on the NES online feature this controller is far better than playing with a joycon or the Pro Controller as it features a proper D-Pad which functions way better than that on the pro controller and a lot better than the disappointing poor excuse offered on the joycon in the form of four separate directional buttons instead of an actual cross pad. For more hardcore gamers the lack of motion controls and rumble will be a big turn off for those people. Nice to keep around as a spare or if you want to play some 2D games or for the kids but not the best option for games like Zelda or any other motion based game.Read full review

Really love this controller. The buttons work well and so do the joy sticks. The designs on controller are very nice and everything works 100% perfectly
