I didn't get an SD card with this item, but my husband loves it and we will just buy one. Probably order a 64gb since he really loves music. Overall no complaints here. Shipping was on time just in time for his birthday. Thank you for servicing me.

It would not play the file that I chose. It kept going back to the first song. It then begin playing 10 seconds of each song and changing tracks. So, I tried to remove the my memory card and replace it to see if that helped. The card would not come out. I tried to pry it out, and couldn’t. But the player not says, “no card”. If the price, it’s not worth shipping it back.
