This is my second one. They both over heat. First one lasted almost three years then became unusable. Screen flickered and over heated. This one has over heated several times the first month of use. I changed adapters and deleted some apps that were constantly running. Seems OK at the present time. I really love this tablet so took a chance ordering a second one. I won't get another like it but it is a wonderful tablet other than that problem.

Excellent tablet. Brilliant screen. Perfect for watching movies in bed, browsing online, reading news, articles, research, writing papers. Paired with a Logitech keyboard and Samsung mouse this unit is a great alternative to a laptop. I downloaded an HD Aquarium background and smile each time I turn the tablet on because it so gorgeous. The larger screen makes every experience better. The unit is very nice looking, including the faux stitching, is very well built, and is light for its size. The camera is also very good and the included software is relevant. Storage is more than enough even at the 32 gig size but can be expanded another 64 if you are obsessed with space. All in all I adore this tablet after several weeks of real use. Even after well over a year after its launch this tablet continues to compete and excel in its category. Samsung stopped making large12 inch screen tablets few years ago. I wanted to get a large 12 inch tablet and I decided to take my chances with a used Galaxy Tab Pro. Even though the tablet is 4 year old model speed is still fast, graphics are good and it's been working great. It doesn't seem dated.

I do most of my work on tablets and I wanted something larger to do photo editing and this has filled that need. The battery life is decent for such a large device. The screen is beautiful as is expected of Samsung and the keyboard that was included is essential for something this size that could double as a laptop.
