    Sleek, Futuristic, Stylish and Savvy for the 1707FP

    Dell is a trusted name in the industry and after we've used Dell computers since the early 90s, the top of the line Dells are the best performing and most reliable PCs out there, which are also competitively priced. This 17" Ultrasharp Flat-Panel monitor with its thin frame around it is a true 17" inch. It is crisp with no glare even in daylight -- I'm really positively surprised. As I'm spending 10-12 hours per day in front of the screen, staring at it, this Flat Panel works extremely well and easy on my eyes -- no more tears, etc. Its also light weight and it seems very sturdy with all kinds of adjustment features (incl. tilting in virtually all directions) to place it as comfortable as possible right where you want it.     Excellent Screen

    This Dell LCD screen is probably the best type of screen i've seen in a very long time. It has 4 USB ports (two in the back and two on the left hand side). The style design of this screen alone would make you want to purchase it. A great fashionable stand the monitor sits on, easily able to rotate and move the screen up and down off of a spring mechanisism. This monitor has an unbelievable color display and a crisp clear and somewhat modern look. It looked so great, I bought more than one to replace my other dull looking LCD's. If you are deciding to mount and screen or place it on a monitor arm, this is the screen to get! Its thin and sleek design makes this the perfect LCD.     Features Quality Value the Dell UltraSharp 1707FP 17 inch LCD Monitor

    I am no expert in comparing monitors, but this one is very nice...The colors are very clear and can easily be adjusted from the front...The stand is very heavy and well built...There is a handle at the top of the stand to help you to move the Monitor...The bottom of the stand allows you to place your keyboard under the Monitor, giving you more desk space...The monitor moves up and down and tilts forwards and backwards...The feature I like the most is the 4 USB Ports on the Monitor...There is a USB outlet on the monitor, you run a cable from monitor to your PC...You can then use either the 2 Rear or 2 Left side USB Ports...Nice to quickly connect a wireless keyboard/mouse or a flash drive...You can buy a Sound Bar made to specificaly fit this Monitor that is powered by a plug in on the back ...

    I love this monitor!

    Ok, first off I just want to say that I could have bought a 19'' monitor of a lot of other brands for the same price, but most of them may have not had the DSUB/DVI combo option. But the reasons that I chose this one are this: 1) The stand allows for height adjustment, and you can rotate the screen 90degrees, also turn the screen w/out moving the stand itself. 2)USB ports!!! I'm all about peripherals and I can use all of the USB ports that I can get my hands on so the ones that come on this screen are a bonus!! I dont know of any other company that makes a screen with built in USB ports. GO DELL!!
