The instruction book from Coby is not real helpful with this photo frame. I have e-mailed Coby, but have not gotten a reply yet after two days. The instructions are maybe five pages, very scant, and not real thorough. The frame itself is great though. The resolution and quality of the pictures is outstanding. The effects between pictures is nice. Five seconds is the minimum time between pictures, and I'd like it to be shorter, but that is not an option. I bought this product for the ease of displaying digital pictures. Actually, I wish it had a battery option. Electrical outlets in my house are far and few between. I am glad I purchased this photo frame regardless.
Programing is a little testy

I bought it for a gift, I upload the pictures on a Sandisk and it display very small part of the pictures, after 2 days it stop work. it is very difficult to understand the user manual. I got it back and cannot return the item. I am very upset with this brand.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift. I am very impressed with the quality of the pictures and the price! The company is very good with returns, if ever there are problems. I purchased many digital photo frames this past year as Christmas gifts! Seemed to be the gift of the year, because everyone loved them! Great product! Would definitely highly recommend :)
Let me start off by saying I knew what I was looking for when I bought this prrodut, it was easy to find and was easy to get. It came in perfect shape and in a timely matter. It was a gift for my dad and he is very happy with it. The pictures are very clear and it is a beautiful fram. Over all I am very happy with this product. I have 2 of my own and I will in the future buy more.
