At first I was doubtful about buying a refurbished item, the title said factory refurbished so I went for it, the alarm came well packed with everything included, just as new but not in the original package, no manual installation though, no big deal you can download it.This is a top notch alarm system with remote start at an affordable price, I just had it installed and is working fantastic! I highly recommend it!
